You'll never believe it, but I got my first driving lesson today! What fun. I reckon it would be so good if I could drive myself to the park, rather than have to wait for Neil or Kay to get organised.

To all you other Airedales out there, I must say that it is a bit trickier than you might think. Not having opposable thumbs is a real disadvantage.

Here we go!
Nearly ran Neil over when I got the stop and go pedals mixed up... so much to remember!
Kay says that it gets easier with practice.

  1. Wow, I've ridden shotgun lots of times but I've never been the driver, Ruby! Maybe you could pick us up sometime and we could take a spin around the block with you!

    Love ya lots,

  2. Ruby Girl!

You are totally cracking me UP! I've suggested several times (from the back seat) that I could drive our Airemobile MUCH better than my hooman girl can, but she won't listen. Keep us posted on how those lessons go. (Australia must be a VERY progressive country.)

Thanks for stopping by to check me (and my stinky sissy Stella) out! We're looking forward to getting to know you.

    Your new goober bud,
    Stanley

  3. Hi Ruby!

We used to have a volvo estate like yours - but ours was red. She went to the big scrap heap in the sky last summer - rust in peace.....

We love your blog and we wish is was nice and warm here like it is for you.

    Lots of love
    Molly and Gertrude
    xx
